Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a sticker item for a full refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the sticker must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that custom-made stickers or stickers with personalized designs cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Proof of Purchase:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thepapertheory.com.

Sale Items:

Sale items are eligible for refunds if they meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Exchanges:

We only replace stickers if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a sticker for the same one, please send us an email at info@thepapertheory.com and send your item to: 414 Thelma Rd, Glen Burnie MD 21060.

Shipping Returns:

To return your sticker product, please mail it to: 414 Thelma Rd, Glen Burnie MD 21060. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trackable Shipping and Insurance:

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
